Steps to make 韩式冷面

  • 1.冷面汤底所有食材如上所示:图上所有食材一起放入锅内,水没过所有食材,大火加热,撇去浮沫,转中小火炖煮1小时。可一次性多做点冷面汤,放入冰箱冷藏,随吃随取。
  • 2.准备所有配料。
  • 3.苹果醋因为味道不是很酸,调味的时候可以适当多放一点。
  • 4.汤底煮好后用滤网滤出,食材可以扔掉,留下汤汁备用。
  • 5.冷面汤晾凉,放入1勺盐,3勺糖,8勺苹果醋,半勺大喜大,1勺酱油,然后放入冰箱冷冻或冷藏。
  • 6.锅内烧开水,将冷面放入,1分钟后捞出。
  • 7.冷面过凉水洗两次,待冷面彻底凉透捞出备用。
  • 8.碗中放入沥干水分的冷面,放梨丝,黄瓜丝,西红柿片,刚刚和汤底一起煮好的牛肉片,再放半个鸡蛋,撒点芝麻。喜欢吃辣的可以放入辣白菜和韩式辣酱。
