  • 干辣椒5克
  • 花椒3克
  • 白糖1小勺
  • 3克

Steps to make 干煸四季豆

  • 1.四季豆洗净控干水
  • 2.锅里加油,多点准备炸四季豆
  • 3.六成油温分次炸四季豆,油里面加点盐,炸出的四季豆色泽漂亮
  • 4.炸至表皮起皱,一定要炸熟,否者容易中毒。捞出控干油备用
  • 5.准备葱,蒜,干辣椒,能吃辣的可以多放点(我不能吃辣的)
  • 6.锅里留少许底油,加适量花椒煸出味道,然后将花椒捞出来
  • 7.下葱花,蒜末,干辣椒煸炒出香味
  • 8.下入炸好的四季豆
  • 9.加适量盐,生抽,白糖,翻炒出锅
