  • 1.圆生菜去掉最外层,一切两半,去除根部,剥开,用淡盐水浸泡15分钟,清洗干净,用手撕成片。
  • 2.蒜用刀拍一下,切碎。
  • 3.热锅凉油,油五成热放蒜,小火炒出香味。
  • 4.倒入圆生菜。
  • 5.加一勺蚝油,口重的多加一勺。
  • 6.加一勺鸡汁,
  • 7.大火翻炒,把生菜炒软,变成半透明状,关火装盘。
  • 8.味道鲜美、脆嫩爽口。
  • 9.清淡爽脆,消脂减肥。
