椰香小点蛋糕
迷你小蛋糕,有淡淡的椰香味,不需要打发蛋清,也不用担心搅拌消泡,是一道成功率百分之百的点心,但有点力气活就是要将色拉油和鸡蛋白糖完全融合在一起,而且只能用手动打蛋器来完成

  • 椰蓉80g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 白砂糖80g
  • 色拉油90g
  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 泡打粉1g

Steps to make 椰香小点蛋糕

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.鸡蛋加入白糖中用手动蛋器将鸡蛋打碎(鸡蛋不需要打发)
  • 3.加入色拉油抽打至浓稠状
  • 4.将椰蓉加入搅拌均匀
  • 5.再加入过筛好的低筋面粉、泡打粉搅拌均匀,拌成面糊即可
  • 6.烤盘里铺好小纸杯,把拌好的面糊装入裱花袋,挤入小纸杯中(8分满)
  • 7.放入预热好的烤箱烘烤(我是放在我的平烤盘里,所以用了烤网然后放在倒数第一层如图所示),上火180度,下火140度,烤20分钟
  • 8.表面呈金黄色即可
