  • 酸奶80g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 黄油35g
  • 蜂蜜80g
  • 淡奶油100g
  • 柠檬汁10g

Steps to make 越陷越深的诱惑滋味——经典重芝士蛋糕

  • 1.称量饼干,将消化饼干掰成小块放入食品料理机理里打碎
  • 2.黄油隔水加热使之溶化.将消化饼干碎末倒入黄油里搅拌均匀
  • 3.拌匀后的混合物加入包上锡纸的6寸活底圆模内,用小勺压平压紧,放入冰箱冷藏备
  • 4.淡奶油里加入柠檬汁搅拌均匀后放置冰箱冷藏20分钟待用
  • 5.把奶油奶酪过上裹上保鲜膜在微波炉里加热1分钟,再用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀打至顺滑无颗粒
  • 6.加入融化的黄油,搅拌均匀
  • 7.分次加入鸡蛋,一个一个的加,完全混合后再加下一个直至搅拌均匀
  • 8.酸奶油与酸奶混合搅拌均匀后倒入芝士糊中慢慢搅拌,直至搅拌均匀
  • 9.最后将蜂蜜加入芝士糊里继续搅拌均匀
  • 10.因为选用的是水浴法,加入蛋糕糊之前,由于蛋糕模属于活底的蛋糕模,首先要给蛋糕模底部加一层锡纸,防止底部进水
  • 11.烤盘内倒入热水, 热水高度最好没过蛋糕糊高度的一半。放入预热好160度的 烤箱内烤60分钟
