  • 1.今天用的大孔奶酪和自制的软欧包,都切成片。
  • 2.鸡蛋加香葱碎和。
  • 3.搅拌均匀。
  • 4.锅里放少许橄榄油,倒入蛋液煎。
  • 5.煎到两面金黄。
  • 6.蛋快煎好的适合放入两片面包。
  • 7.鸡蛋取出,面包翻面。
  • 8.面包翻面后放上两片奶酪片,让奶酪片受热变软。
  • 9.带奶酪的那片面包放下面,鸡蛋切一半放在奶酪上。
  • 10.也可以根据自己喜好挤上点番茄酱。
