葱香厚蛋烧
简单的食材,加点小心思,就会有意想不到的效果,一款简单的鸡蛋煎饼,加点葱,再把它卷起来,蘸着番茄酱吃,儿子赞不决口;也许每个人做父母的都一样,只要孩子们吃得香,再苦再累都是愿意的,也是值得的;
记得小时候,妈妈也经常会煎饼吃,就是那时候匮乏的年代,哪里舍得鸡蛋放饼里,就是一点盐,我总是嘴馋,靠在老灶旁,等着妈妈煎饼,一滴面糊掉在铁锅边上,不一会就熟了,我总是捡着吃,那种从妈妈的勺子底下掉下来的,圆圆的,一滴,吃起来其实特别好吃,脆脆的,很香;后来,趁着妈妈不在家,我就干脆伙同姐姐,做这个小脆饼,面糊一滴一滴的滴进锅里,煎熟,煎酥,等爸爸妈妈回来,我们是把场地整理得干干净净的,成品消灭得一干二净,根本发现不了~~现在想想还觉得好笑,儿时就有儿时的快乐~~

Steps to make 葱香厚蛋烧

  • 1.准备好食材:面粉、鸡蛋、葱;
  • 2.鸡蛋打入面粉中,加入香葱,加入盐,再加入适量的水,水慢慢加,边加边搅拌,面糊不要太厚;
  • 3.搅拌的面糊,煎饼的面糊事宜稀薄些,这样容易煎,但是也不能太稀啊;
  • 4.平底锅,因为是不粘锅,可以不用油,倒入面糊,拎起锅,晃动下,让面糊均匀的涂满锅底;小火慢煎;
  • 5.看着面糊起泡,又慢慢消失,就可以翻面,卷起来,靠边;
  • 6.依上面这样,煎第二个,在卷的时候,把第一个放在第二个的上面,卷起,又靠边,依次做好剩余的;
  • 7.卷起来,切段,挤上番茄酱,就可以了;
  • 8.再一杯牛奶,几颗坚果,就是一顿美美的早餐~
