番茄烧鲫鱼
我们这里的鱼特别的多,什么品种都有,多以海鱼为主,就是这个鲫鱼都是半咸水半淡水的,比一般河塘的会稍微好吃一点,没有那么腥,但是肉质确很嫩,所以我会经常买,平时都是红烧,这次加入番茄一起做,夏天酸酸甜甜的好开胃。

  • 番茄三个
  • 姜片5片
  • 蒜米3粒
  • 葱花2根
  • 番茄酱2勺
  • 胡椒粉适量 1勺

Steps to make 番茄烧鲫鱼

  • 1.鲫鱼一条收拾干净备用。
  • 2.番茄切块备用。
  • 3.姜蒜葱花切好备用。
  • 4.锅内热油放入两片姜,放鲫鱼煎一下后盛出备用。
  • 5.炒锅内倒入三分之二的番茄慢慢炒。
  • 6.炒到番茄软烂出汁加适量番茄酱。
  • 7.加入一碗清水。
  • 8.把之前煎好的鱼倒回锅中,再加入两片姜,加适量盐。
  • 9.把剩下的三分之一的番茄也倒入锅中,改小火慢煮一会。
  • 10.待鱼熟后开大火收汁加入少许胡椒粉和葱花即可。
