Steps to make 香菇炖小鸡

  • 1.干香菇洗净泡发(泡香菇的水留着);葱姜蒜、干辣椒、八角准备好;
  • 2.小鸡洗净斩成块;
  • 3.爆香姜片、八角、干辣椒;
  • 4.下入鸡块翻炒;
  • 5.翻炒至变色,加入老抽、料酒、盐、糖、少许醋;
  • 6.倒入正好淹没鸡块的水,放入葱结,大火烧开,改小火炖20分钟;
  • 7.然后下入香菇和泡香菇水,继续炖20分钟;
  • 8.再下入蒜瓣;
  • 9.炖10分钟,收浓汤汁即可。
