  • 蓝莓5粒
  • 鸡汤100ml
  • 5g
  • 新鲜黄芥末酱5g
  • 草莓3粒
  • 红酒30ml

Steps to make 春鸡佐红酒野蜜莓

  • 1.用吸油纸,吸取鸡肉里的水分保持干爽,目的是为了下面更好的吸收酱汁
  • 2.撒上盐和胡椒,根据自身的口味来定
  • 3.在鸡上均匀涂抹新鲜黄芥末酱
  • 4.放入提前预热160°的烤箱(注意烫手),烘烤25分钟
  • 5.在不粘锅上小火融化白砂糖(我用的是在淘宝上淘的韩国石锅)
  • 6.融化后加入草莓与蓝莓以及红酒
  • 7.中小火煮滚后加入鸡汤,没有鸡汤可加入其它高汤
  • 8.取出烤箱里的春鸡(我用的是华帝OE619C-11CRSA镶入式烤箱)
  • 9.放凉些涂上煮好的煎汁,最后摆盘
