海带玉米排骨汤

Steps to make 海带玉米排骨汤

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.清洗干净胡萝卜、玉米、苦瓜和黄豆。
  • 3.排骨和冷水一起放进瓦煲里,煮沸后煮2分钟,煮出排骨的血水。
  • 4.冲洗干净排骨的血沫,沥水。
  • 5.瓦煲放入清水,大火烧开。
  • 6.煮沸水后放入排骨、玉米、胡萝卜、苦瓜和黄豆,煮沸后转中小火煮1小时。。
  • 7.放入海带,煮30分钟。
  • 8.将海带煮绵软后放盐调味即可关火。关火前放盐调味。
