现下什么都以深色为营养,颜色越深越好。而深到极致,也就是黑色了。一下子就蹦出了许多黑色食物,黑花生,黑土豆。。。连小米也有黑色了,叫黑小米。虽然名中带黑,却并非乌漆墨黑,而是深灰中泛着绿。小米本是养生佳品,这黑色小米想必就更佳了。。。。
黑芝麻黑豆黑小米,来一个早餐黑豆浆。没有什么小米的味道,只有豆香与芝麻交相辉映。。。

  • 1.用料:黑豆60克,黑小米30克,黑芝麻15克,水1200毫升
  • 2.黑豆黑小米洗净,
  • 3.倒入碗中,加水浸泡至涨发。
  • 4.将滤布套在滤网架上,装入豆腐机打浆桶。
  • 5.倒入所有材料,
  • 6.加入清水。
  • 7.盖好盖子,
  • 8.放入机座,卡好。
  • 9.启动豆浆功能。
  • 10.打浆结束,取下打浆桶。
  • 11.揭盖,
  • 12.取走滤网架,使渣浆混合,
  • 13.倒出饮用
