蓝莓派
蓝莓,是指进口的或者人工培育的浆果的叫法,而在我国小兴安岭地区,纯正野生的叫做:嘟柿。这
种生长于我国大兴安岭以北原始森林之中的蓝莓被称为"嘟柿",生长在东北地区的嘟柿能抵御零下 50 ℃
的严寒,根部常年生长在冻土中,其果实营养成分丰富。野生蓝莓营养价值极高,是罕见的珍稀野果,蓝
紫色的果实神秘、高贵,果香浓郁。蓝莓中富含花青素,对眼睛有极大的好处。

  • 低筋粉320克
  • 黄油160克
  • 细砂糖50克
  • 蛋黄30克
  • 冷水76克
  • 精盐2.5ml

Steps to make 蓝莓派

  • 1.准备所需食材
  • 2.将黄油切成小块后,和面粉抓至均匀混合,用手不断按压、揉搓,使黄油和面粉完全混合,呈粗玉米粉的状态
  • 3.加入蛋黄、细砂糖、精盐、冷水搅拌均匀
  • 4.用手(或用刮板)按压揉搓成为湿润的面团
  • 5.揉好的面团用保鲜袋装好,放入冰箱冷藏1小时以上
  • 6.案板上铺一个保鲜袋,将冷藏好的面团放在上面,再铺上一个保鲜袋,将面团在两个保鲜袋之间擀开成为面片
  • 7.移去保鲜袋,将面片放入派盘
  • 8.把边缘多余的派皮除去
  • 9.将蓝莓果酱倒入派里,铺均匀
  • 10.剩下的面团用同样的方法擀成面片,并盖在派表面
  • 11.在派皮表面刷一层全蛋液
  • 12.用牙签在派皮表面扎一些小孔,(这步很重要),将派放进预热好220°的烤箱,下层,烘烤25分钟左右,直至表面金黄色即可
  • 13.稍凉一下,用滚轮刀切块
  • 14.点缀上蓝莓果,一份完美的蓝莓派就完成了
