  • 黄油20克
  • 1茶匙
  • 黑胡椒酱1汤匙
  • 黑胡椒碎少许
  • 蒜末6克
  • 洋葱20克
  • 土豆300克
  • 鲜香菇30克

Steps to make 香煎西冷牛排

  • 1.牛排处理干净,两面洒上盐与黑胡椒碎腌制10分钟。
  • 2.土豆切块用清水煮熟后捞出控干水,锅中放少许橄榄油,下土豆块煎香,并洒少许盐与黑胡椒碎调味。
  • 3.鲜香菇与洋葱也煎香备用。
  • 4.锅烧热,放黄油,接着把牛排放入煎制。
  • 5.一面变色翻另一面煎制,每面差不多都煎2分钟左右即可,具体成熟度可按自己喜好来决定。
  • 6.锅中剩下煎牛排的黄油汁,用来炒香蒜末与黑胡椒酱,然后把酱淋在牛排上即可享用。
