Steps to make 香酥肉卷虾

  • 1.里脊肉洗干净,切薄片!
  • 2.肉放入盆里,放入葱姜蒜少许、适量盐、糖、耗油、胡椒粉、料酒少许,腌制入味!
  • 3.鲜虾处理干净,放入碗中,加适量葱姜蒜,盐,糖,耗油,胡椒粉,料酒少许,腌制入味!
  • 4.把腌制好的虾,用刀在虾背切几刀,不要切断!
  • 5.准备干淀粉适量,虾裹一层粉!
  • 6.肉片铺平整,把虾放在上面,沿着一边卷起!
  • 7.全部卷好,用牙签穿过定型,炸制不会松散!
  • 8.调鸡蛋液,盆里放入鸡蛋一个,适量盐糖,胡椒粉,淀粉适量,搅拌均匀!
  • 9.肉虾卷裹一层鸡蛋液!
  • 10.锅里宽油,炸制金黄,出锅!
  • 11.烧烤蘸料适量放入碟中,成品!
