剁椒排骨蒸芋头

  • 芋头250克
  • 剁椒2茶匙
  • 1块
  • 1段
  • 料酒2茶匙
  • 0.5茶匙
  • 酱油3茶匙
  • 蚝油1茶匙
  • 蛋清1/2个
  • 淀粉1茶匙
  • 1/2茶匙
  • 胡椒粉1/2茶匙
  • 香油1茶匙

Steps to make 剁椒排骨蒸芋头

  • 1.排骨斩小块洗净沥干水份。
  • 2.加入料酒、酱油、少许糖、胡椒粉、香油,抓匀,多抓一会儿让排骨吃味。然后加入半个蛋清继续抓匀,最后加少许淀粉抓匀后放冰箱最少腌30分钟。
  • 3.芋头去皮洗净切成小块。
  • 4.葱切葱花,姜切小片。
  • 5.腌好的排骨取出加入剁椒,根据口味增加或减少用量。注意剁椒是咸的,所以盐的比例要随之增减。再加蚝油拌匀。
  • 6.最后将姜葱和芋头倒入拌匀后装碗放高压锅里蒸。我用的是电压力锅,就拧到排骨档,如果是普通高压锅20分钟就好了。
  • 7.最后点缀点香菜。大功告成!
