  • 1.小米洗净
  • 2.放适量水煮成小米粥
  • 3.煮熟的小米粥 一小碗,葱段,史云生清鸡上汤,熟海参5个清洗干净(已经清肠)
  • 4.锅里放少许油,小火加热,放入葱段煸香,然后放入海参翻炒
  • 5.倒入适量的史云生上汤
  • 6.上汤和海参平齐即可,不要放水
  • 7.再放入小米粥,盖上盖,小火煨5分钟
  • 8.装碗撒入香葱即可食用
