  • 1.备好食材:扇贝肉处理好清洗干净,芹菜摘去叶子洗净,切点蒜末
  • 2.锅中水煮开,下芹菜焯水2分钟
  • 3.捞起沥水
  • 4.下扇贝焯水1分钟
  • 5.捞起
  • 6.把芹菜摆入碟子,如图
  • 7.再把扇贝摆在中间,如图
  • 8.锅中放油8成热下蒜末爆香,即时关火
  • 9.把蒜末油倒在扇贝表面,淋上酱油即可
