Steps to make 翅根焖土豆

  • 1.翅根洗净用料酒、盐腌制半小时;姜切片,干辣椒切开,蒜剥成整粒;土豆削皮洗净
  • 2.土豆切块待用(土豆快烧时再切,防止氧化)
  • 3.锅内放油烧热,爆香姜片、干辣椒、八角
  • 4.倒入翅根炒至变色
  • 5.加入酱油、料酒、糖、几滴醋、水大火烧开,转小火烧20分钟
  • 6.然后加入土豆、大蒜粒,再焖烧15分钟
  • 7.最后加入盐、鸡精收干汤汁即可。
