Steps to make 香烤秋刀鱼

  • 1.秋刀鱼去鱼鳃破肚掏干净内脏,洗干净,姜切丝蒜切片,辣椒切段备用
  • 2.秋刀鱼鱼身两面各切三刀浅刀,以便入味
  • 3.秋刀鱼先用一大勺盐抹匀全身腌制十几二十分钟,使肉质紧实,然后冲洗掉多余的盐,沥干水
  • 4.除胡椒粉孜然粉辣椒粉外的其他调味料均和秋刀鱼拌匀抹匀,腌制30分钟
  • 5.腌制好的鱼把辣椒和姜蒜装在鱼肚里,放在烤网上
  • 6.秋刀鱼两面各撒上胡椒粉孜然粉和辣椒粉
  • 7.烤箱选烘烤上下火200度,30分钟,当烤箱预热完成发出提示音时把鱼送进烤箱中上层,底层放一烤盘加一层锡纸,以免油水滴到发热管。
