  • 原味酸奶60克
  • 咖啡甜酒半汤勺
  • 香草酱100克
  • 黑巧克力少许

Steps to make 咖啡芝士蛋糕

  • 1.室温软化奶油奶酪,打至顺滑无颗粒;
  • 2.加入细砂糖拌匀;
  • 3.加入浓咖啡拌匀,这时可以给烤箱预热,烤箱180度,上下火预热10分钟;
  • 4.加入一个鸡蛋拌匀;
  • 5.加入酸奶,拌匀;
  • 6.加入咖啡甜酒拌匀后,最终的芝士蛋糕糊就做好了!
  • 7.三能六寸活动模,用锡纸包好防止底部漏水,将芝士蛋糕糊倒入,然后再放入烤盘内,烤盘内注入冷水,水高1公分左右;
  • 8.烤好后立即出炉冷却;
  • 9.将香草酱加热融化浇在芝士蛋糕上,再刮些黑巧克力碎装饰即可。放入冰箱再冷藏一会儿就可以开吃了!
