  • 1.芹菜叶洗净,放沸水中焯一下。
  • 2.鸡蛋两个打散,加入适量的清水
  • 3.蛋液有手抽拌匀加入玉米面和面粉拌匀,面粉和玉米面的比例大约3大勺子玉米面加大5勺子小麦面粉,
  • 4.焯水的芹菜叶和葱切碎
  • 5.蛋液加玉米面和面粉混合均匀成糊状
  • 6.加入芹菜叶和葱、盐、少许糖、花椒粉拌匀,
  • 7.混合好的面糊
  • 8.锅内加少许花生油加入面糊
  • 9.面糊放入锅内摊开煎熟,一面煎熟翻过来煎另一面即可。
  • 10.做好的鸡蛋饼
