Steps to make 蛋包饭

  • 1.准备好材料,所有的配菜都切小丁
  • 2.锅里加少量的油烧热后加入洋葱炒香
  • 3.接着加入卤牛肉丁
  • 4.再加入青红椒和黑木耳丁里面一起翻炒
  • 5.倒入米饭里面翻炒,边压边炒,把米饭炒散
  • 6.加入调料,盐,鸡精,生抽里面炒匀
  • 7.然后将炒好的米饭盛起来,在另一个小碗里把鸡蛋打散
  • 8.另起锅,加少量的油里面烧热后,倒入鸡蛋液摊开
  • 9.趁快凝固的时候把米饭倒进去
  • 10.关火,把蛋皮对折起来
  • 11.装到盘里,然后挤上番茄酱,就可以开吃咯!
