想煲芸豆猪蹄汤,买回来了猪蹄跑遍了超市菜市场都没买到白芸豆,所以猪蹄冻了起来,默默上网买豆了,好固执的我

Steps to make 芸豆猪蹄汤

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.白芸豆和香菇用水泡发
  • 3.猪蹄洗净后冷水下锅,加姜、料酒,大火烧开
  • 4.烧开后撇去浮沫
  • 5.捞出猪蹄用冷水冲洗一下
  • 6.焯过水的猪蹄用刀刮下表皮,并拔去猪毛,然后洗一下
  • 7.锅里加少许油,加姜片,和猪蹄,中小火煸炒至猪蹄表面焦黄
  • 8.加2-3瓷勺料酒去腥
  • 9.再注入适量热水,把芸豆和香菇都倒进锅
  • 10.把猪蹄汤转移到电炖锅或者在原锅,大火烧开后小火煲2-3小时
  • 11.最后下盐调味
