炸油饼

  • 酵母5g
  • 白糖2g
  • 纯净水少许(30度温水)
  • 3g

Steps to make 炸油饼

  • 1.500克普通面粉、5克酵母、2克白糖、3克盐、10ml油和30度温水,全部倒入盆中。
  • 2.搅拌成絮状,醒发两倍大。
  • 3.揉成面团。
  • 4.手上抹油揪一个馒头大小的面剂,按扁,中间划两刀让受热均匀。
  • 5.高油温下锅,油温大概180度左右。
  • 6.30秒左右翻面,再过20秒左右再次翻面,一个油饼不超过一分钟。
  • 7.炸至两面金黄,捞出控油。
  • 8.成品图。
  • 9.暄软好吃。
