浓浓桃香飘满屋面包机无淀粉版--桃子果酱
现在面包机越来越普遍了,而且功能也越老越多,基本上都有果酱功能的,市售的果酱里面都有写添加剂,既然我们有面包机,为何不自己做一份无添加的果酱呢
这次做的是桃子果酱,是我去超市的时候路过水果区,突然那阵阵桃香吸引了我,我鼻子一向很灵,一点味道都能闻到,毫不犹豫的就买了6个桃子。我们这边上面写着毛桃,其实我也不知道是什么品种啦,里面的桃核是红色的,连着挨着它的果肉也是红色的了,而且很香很甜。我喜欢吃硬一点的桃子哈哈

Steps to make 浓浓桃香飘满屋面包机无淀粉版--桃子果酱

  • 1.原料图
  • 2.桃子洗净去皮切块,放入料理机
  • 3.看这个桃子切开里面是这样的啊,很香甜
  • 4.都切完以后,全部放入料理机,加适量水(桃子一个一个的切,提前在料理机里放点水,切好就放入料理机把盖子盖起来,防止氧化)
  • 5.开启功能打成蓉,我选择的是超细精磨,可以磨的很细,其实也不用特别细,有点果粒也不错
  • 6.然后将打好的桃浆放入面包机桶,加白糖和麦芽糖,桃浆我大概用面包机杯量了一下,是720毫升左右的桃浆,白糖我用了半杯,麦芽糖一点,白糖是很好的防腐剂。甜度自己调节
  • 7.开启面包机的果酱功能,就等着吧,这是我的第二个面包机,主要用它来做果酱,米酒,年糕,酸奶,肉松等,另外一个专门做面包
  • 8.在它转的时候我拍了张照片呵呵
  • 9.果酱程序结束后,看看有没有达到你想要的果酱的程度,到达了那么关机,取出果酱盛在消好毒的小罐里,倒放。如果没有达到你想要的程度,可以再开启一次果酱功能,或者开启面包机上自带的烘烤炖煮功能,直到达到你想要的程度
  • 10.做好的时候屋子里那满屋的桃香,还没吃就快把我醉晕了
