喜欢看韩剧的童鞋一定会被剧中各式各样的美食诱惑,其中韩国泡菜的出镜率相当之高。泡菜制作过程并不复杂,可以用来炒饭、做汤、佐粥、下饭,功能多多,口感爽脆、丰富,作为吃货我想当喜欢。

  • 橙子1只
  • 1头
  • 400g
  • 100g
  • 辣椒粉300g
  • 鱼露150g
  • 鲜虾酱3勺
  • 玉米淀粉30g

Steps to make 韩式泡菜

  • 1.整棵白菜对半切,然后将盐均匀的抹在每一片白菜叶上,尤其梗部。抹好盐将白菜放在干净的盆内,用保鲜盒装满水,压在白菜上,腌制6-8小时后洗净,沥干水分。待用。
  • 2.准备如图材料:鱼露、淀粉、盐、糖、辣椒粉、虾酱、生姜、大葱、蒜、苹果、橙子(此处本来要用梨的,家里没货了,临时用橙子挤了汁代替)
  • 3.用这样的小工具将苹果、生姜、蒜全部挫出绒,当然家里有搅拌机的话就好办多了,没有么咱们就用着土办法,效果一样。
  • 4.这就是挫出的绒,效果还不错吧
  • 5.将大葱切成寸长的丝,待用(原本应该买胡萝卜的,但是忘记了,这次就省掉了,如果有胡萝卜的话也切成细丝)
  • 6.将除白菜外的所有原料放在一个干净的盆内,将淀粉调成水淀粉,缓缓倒入材料中,所有材料混合均匀,待用。(此处小提示:分批次加入盐、糖、辣椒粉,直至根据个人口味调至咸淡适中,另外鱼露也有咸度,所以加入盐一定不可一次过多)
  • 7.将沥干水分的白菜切成适合的长度(一般韩剧里会整片菜叶不切断,此处切断是为了方便日后取食)
  • 8.将白菜分批次放进酱料中,搅拌,确保每一片白菜都均匀的裹上泡菜酱料。
  • 9.搅拌到这个程度就差不多啦
  • 10.装进保鲜盒中,放进冰箱保鲜,6天左右即可食用。
