【湘菜】老姜鸡块
老姜鸡块,是湘菜里的一道汤菜,用炸过的鸡块加老姜炖汤,汤浓味鲜,姜味浓郁,香而不腻。不过,我倒不喜欢用油将鸡炸过,健康起见,用水焯一下感觉也是不错的,呵呵,就试试。

  • 1.鸡半只切块,用盐稍微腌制一下。
  • 2.木耳用温水泡发,白菜撕成片,准备好姜。
  • 3.将鸡肉焯水
  • 4.焯水的鸡块再入锅,加入清水烧开。
  • 5.加入姜片,木耳烧开后文火炖20分钟左右。
  • 6.加入白菜,加盐调味,喜欢也可以加点鸡精味精,大火烧几分钟就可以了。
  • 7.好喝的老姜鸡块。
