  • 1.主料:鸭血
  • 2.把鸭血取出切块。
  • 3.锅中加水,放入葱姜、五香粉、盐,鸭血冷水入锅,烧开后即可关火。 浸泡1小时左右。
  • 4.把鸭血捞出,撒少许盐提味。
  • 5.摆入盘中,撒些葱花即可食用。
