照烧肥牛盖饭
喜欢吃盖饭应该是缘于日餐吧,日餐的定食多是盖饭,亲子盖饭、猪排盖饭、炸鸡盖饭,当然,少不了肥牛盖饭。

某野家进驻本城时去吃过一次,然后,就木有然后了……那个肉片好薄,抻一抻又断了,味道也一般而已。

但还是喜欢吃肥牛盖饭,因为一碗饭里有饭有菜有牛肉,将几个菜与主食都凝聚在一碗中,这样捧着一大碗,就感觉银生好满足。

寄几给寄几做肥牛盖饭,选了超市里最好的偏瘦点儿的肥牛,吃起来才不容易断,肉质也厚实。再配上咸鲜微甜、色泽明亮的照烧汁,一口肥牛一口米饭,再来一口金大根和芦笋,真是太好吃了!那种美味带来的快感也能提升多巴胺~~

  • 金大根20g

  • 小葱5g
  • 洋葱35g
  • 5g
  • 生抽1勺
  • 味淋1/2勺
  • 蚝油2/3勺
  • 老抽少许
  • 碱面少许
  • 黑胡椒粉少许

Steps to make 照烧肥牛盖饭

  • 1.将芦笋洗净,切去根部,削去节蒂及厚皮。
  • 2.放入开水锅中,放入碱面,待芦笋煮熟后捞出,用凉水冲洗,沥去水。
  • 3.将金大根切成丁。
  • 4.将小葱洗净,切段。
  • 5.将洋葱切成丝,蒜切成粒。
  • 6.在小杯中放入适量盐、生抽、味淋、白糖、蚝油、老抽、蜂蜜、水,调匀成照烧汁。
  • 7.锅烧热放油,待油温升高后放入洋葱和蒜、黑胡椒粉,炒出香味。
  • 8.倒入照烧汁,炒匀。
  • 9.大火烧开,放入肥牛,转中火煮。
  • 10.一面熟后翻面,至两面成熟,大火收浓汤汁。
  • 11.盛碗米饭。
  • 12.倒入肥牛,摆上金大根和芦笋,撒上黑芝麻和白芝麻,即可食用。
