芥末金针菇
在如今的社会,人们对吃越来越讲究了,不像以前能管温饱就好
而凉拌菜是一般宴席的前奏,所以现在也是花样繁多不说,更是道道精致可口
天气越来越热了,一盘盘色彩艳丽,清凉开胃的凉拌菜,可让人食欲大增
虽然凉拌菜可根据个人的口味选材,可荤可素,也可荤素搭配
但是我家还是素菜凉拌的多,可能和我的饮食习惯有关吧,人家都说三四月不减肥,五六月徒伤悲哈哈
不过我觉得素食也很符合现在人对饮食的要求,油脂烧,天然养分多的概念
更何况不论老少,都非常适合,所以更加不可多得了
今天给大家介绍一款素菜凉拌的----芥末金针菇,我个人很喜欢所以和大家分享下

  • 金针菇200g
  • 芥末膏5g
  • 香油3g
  • 3g
  • 白砂糖2g
  • 白醋2g
  • 香菜1g

Steps to make 芥末金针菇

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料,金针菇我没买很多,我觉得凉拌菜最好一顿吃掉
  • 2.金针菇切去根部老的部分,然后掰开,洗干净备用
  • 3.锅中放入适量热水,水烧开后放入金针菇焯两分钟,捞出后用冰水浸泡
  • 4.芥末膏挤出适合的量,加入白醋,味精,白砂糖,少许水调成芥末汁
  • 5.香葱洗净切碎
  • 6.过冰水的金针菇沥干水加入提前准备好的芥末汁,香油,适量鸡精汁儿拌匀,静止几分钟入味
  • 7.拌好的金针菇放入一次性杯中用勺子挤压按实,倒入装盘中,然后放入提前切好的葱和香菜点缀即可
  • 8.伴着芥末的清香吃起来真的很爽口
  • 9.我特意去百度了下,发现对它的评价都好高哦虽然知道它的营养价值高。金针菇含锌量非常高有促进儿童智力发展,被誉为"益智商"。金针菇不但能防病,还利于美容减肥。金针菇同蘑菇,香菇,等食用菌类一样,是一种营养极为丰富的高蛋白,低脂肪的菌类食物金针菇经常吃的话能降低胆固醇预防高血压及心血管疾病,所以国外有人称金针菇为“减肥菇"
