Steps to make 花样寿司

  • 1.制作寿司醋:以(盐:糖:醋)的比例是(1:5:10)混合,隔水稍微加热,使糖充分融化。
  • 2.蒸好的米饭稍微晾凉后,加入少量寿司醋,用筷子划散开,(寿司醋的用量根据个人口味适量添加)
  • 3.加入几块红心火龙果。(不可多加,避免米饭过湿,先少加几块,看颜色满意即可)
  • 4.红火龙果肉用小勺子压碎,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.保鲜袋剪开垫在案板上防沾,把米饭填入模具中。(图中用的是饼干模具)
  • 6.折过来保鲜袋,用刮板压实。
  • 7.尽量表面平整。
  • 8.手指轻按周边脱模,依次做好8个。
  • 9.海苔剪成和模具边一样宽的长条。
  • 10.把海苔条围到米团上。
  • 11.黄瓜切细长条。
  • 12.黄瓜条在饭团上随意摆出树枝的轮廓,中间连接处剪断。
  • 13.萝卜条切薄片,用模具刻出小花朵。(也可用焯水后的胡萝卜)
  • 14.把小花朵摆放到树枝上即可,也可蘸芥末调味汁食用。
  • 15.成品图。
  • 16.我家洗砚池边树,朵朵花开淡墨痕。
  • 17.不要人夸好颜色,只留清气满乾坤。
  • 18.挥毫落纸墨痕新,
  • 19.几点梅花最可人。
  • 20.愿借天风吹得远,
  • 21.家家门巷尽成春。
