  • 1.肉馅放入葱碎姜碎,放入适量生抽,料酒,盐,植物油,香油,花椒粉,耗油,搅拌均匀
  • 2.朝一个方向划圈搅拌均匀,为使肉馅鲜嫩,打点儿水继续搅拌细腻
  • 3.300克面粉,170克水,3克酵母,2克盐混合
  • 4.和成光滑的面团
  • 5.160克面粉,80克玉米油混合
  • 6.和成油酥
  • 7.把面皮面团分成12等分,油酥面团分成12等份
  • 8.拿一块面皮面团压平,把油酥包到里面,收口向下
  • 9.12个全部包好
  • 10.拿一个面团擀成牛舌状
  • 11.从上往下卷起
  • 12.做完所有的12个
  • 13.拿一个卷好的面卷儿,顺方向擀成牛舌状
  • 14.再从上往下卷起
  • 15.卷好12个
  • 16.拿起一个小卷儿,从两端往上拉起
  • 17.擀平
  • 18.包入肉馅
  • 19.包好,收口向下
  • 20.包好12个,放入烤盘(烤箱200度预热)
  • 21.往小碗里打一个鸡蛋,调匀。均匀的刷到上面
  • 22.撒上黑芝麻
  • 23.放入烤箱。中层,上下火,200度30分钟(烘烤时注意观察,根据自家烤箱的不同情况随时调节,如果觉得颜色浅,可以调好温度增加时间继续烘烤)
