  • 1.备好材料
  • 2.白菜洗净对半切开,再斜切片
  • 3.蒜切片;姜切丝;辣椒切段;葱切段
  • 4.酱油、蚝油、醋、白糖和盐加2汤匙水调汁备用
  • 5.热油锅,放入葱姜蒜辣椒炒出香味
  • 6.倒入白菜稍炒
  • 7.然后倒入调好的酱油醋汁炒匀
  • 8.淀粉加水调匀勾芡一下就可以了
