很早以前在微博里唐妈那里看到这个就很想自己动手来着 虽然经常去日料店里吃 吃货的心都是这样蠢蠢欲动的 在外面吃到啥好吃的就想自己倒腾倒腾

  • 7.因为只有我一个人吃饭,所以只做了鱼的一半切成均匀的小段,然后用厨房纸洗干净水分
  • 8.这个是味啉,用了这个味道会更好哦我是网上买的
  • 9.味啉六勺,酱油五勺【吃饭用的白色勺子】一勺老抽,两勺蜂蜜,一勺白糖,少许食盐和鸡粉搅拌均匀
  • 10.最好选择一个不粘锅,加入少许油,中小火加热油,放入切好的鱼块,两面煎熟
  • 11.煎至略微金黄
  • 12.可以加入适量调好的料汁,切记不要全部加入哦喜欢汤汁在饭里的那就可以稍微多放一丢丢
  • 13.慢慢熬制浓稠就可以啦
  • 14.出锅以后撒上白芝麻装饰一下就可以啦
