Steps to make 豆豉排骨蒸贝贝南瓜

  • 1.仔排清洗干净,用厨房纸吸去水分。将姜、蒜切末,阳江豆豉10粒切碎加入排骨中,生抽1大勺,料酒1勺,蚝油1小勺,白胡椒适量,糖2克,盐2克。喜欢吃辣可以切个红辣椒。
  • 2.搅拌均匀,腌3-4小时或放入冰箱过夜。
  • 3.将贝贝南瓜去籽切成1.5-2厘米的瓣状。
  • 4.将5片南瓜瓣摆入盘中。
  • 5.剩下的可以切成小块垫底。
  • 6.在腌好的排骨中加入3克淀粉,1小勺橄榄油抓匀。盛入贝贝南瓜盘子中,高压锅上气蒸15分钟。
  • 7.如将腌好的排骨放入贝贝南瓜盅里蒸,高压锅上气后要蒸20分钟。
  • 8.蒸好的豆豉排骨蒸贝贝南瓜取出,撒些切好的红辣椒圈、香葱叶装饰。
