韩式烤五花肉
说起韩式代表美食,大家最喜欢的是什么呢?我和BuBu想都不用想就会喊烤五花肉~但是买来五花肉在家直接烤起感觉味道还是差了那么一点点~后来试了这个腌制烤五花肉的做法~味道吃起来太正了~毫不逊色于韩式烧烤店里的烤五花肉~所以呢juju给自己家人做的时候顺便拍起这个短视频给大家分享拉~

  • 五花肉450g
  • 1个
  • 洋葱半个
  • 生姜4小片
  • 4粒
  • 1个
  • 砂糖2大勺
  • 酱油2大勺
  • 蜂蜜1大勺
  • 胡椒粉少许
  • 芝麻油1勺
  • 辣椒粉1勺(可省)
  • 韩国辣椒酱2-3勺

Steps to make 韩式烤五花肉

  • 1.梨,洋葱,生姜和蒜去皮切成小块
  • 2.放进搅拌机搅拌成泥
  • 3.切片的五花肉里倒入步骤2做好的酱料,再加入葱,砂糖,酱油,蜂蜜,胡椒粉,芝麻油和辣椒粉
  • 4.最后倒入韩国辣椒酱,搅拌均匀
  • 5.密封好,放进冰箱腌制30分钟以上
  • 6.调中火,把五花肉一片片放上去烤,也可以全部倒进去一起炒,要注意的是因为五花肉沾上很多料,所以很容易烤焦,烤的时候要格外注意
  • 7.出锅的五花肉,放进生菜里,放上韩国拌酱
  • 8.包好送进嘴里哈!!!
