Steps to make 日式蛋包饭

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.鸡肉,洋葱切1cm小丁,蘑菇切5mm小片,蒜切沫,青豆过水
  • 3.锅中加少许油,加入洋葱末翻炒,洋葱炒至发黄变色,加入鸡肉丁,鸡肉变色,加入蘑菇,加入番茄酱,翻炒均匀,加入青豆
  • 4.翻炒至汤汁基本收干,加入米饭翻炒均匀,盛出备用
  • 5.鸡蛋两个打散,加入一勺奶。锅中加入少许油,倒入鸡蛋液,筷子快速搅动,转动锅子,摊成蛋皮
  • 6.加入米饭,对折包好
  • 7.将蛋包饭倒扣入盘中,挤上番茄酱装饰
