周末包了一批馄饨,馄饨皮剩了不少,本来我买的时候没要这么多,卖馄饨皮的帅哥把剩下的全都给我了。包的时候我就觉得皮多馅少,于是给肉馅里掺了点木耳,可还是剩下很多富裕的馄饨皮。打扫馄饨皮的方法有木有,给孩子煮面片消灭了一些。其实烙成葱油饼也是个不错的选择,快手,方便,味道也相当不错呢。方法很简单,铺一层馄饨皮,刷一层油,撒一层盐,撒一层葱花,再覆盖一层馄饨皮重复上述步骤,叠加数层(我叠加了八层吧),再用擀面杖擀一下,锅中倒油烧热,中火两面烙熟,出锅切块装盘就可以吃啦。酥酥脆脆,葱香四溢,太好吃啦,我一般都是叠个十层八层的,今天一口气吃了两张,那个酥脆呀,好吃得不要不要的。亲爱的大家也试试,好吃才是硬道理,绝对美味——

    • 1.准备好馄饨皮,把葱切碎。
    • 2.取一张馄饨皮,刷一层油。
    • 3.撒一层盐。
    • 4.撒一层葱花。
    • 5.再覆盖一层馄饨皮。
    • 6.再次重复上述步骤,一层油一层盐一层葱花。
    • 7.以此类推,叠加个十层八层的。
    • 8.用擀面杖擀薄一些。
    • 9.锅中倒油烧热,中火烙制葱油饼。
    • 10.中途翻面,直到两面都烙熟。
    • 11.出锅切小块。
    • 12.装盘就可以吃啦。
