澳门甜品之最——木糠杯
木糠杯,也有人叫总督杯,是澳门名甜品之一,另外一个名品就是名气更大的葡式蛋挞,“赌”名显赫的Macau ,这俩样甜品一简一繁,一冷一热,搭配的刚刚好,不过,这二者都强调口味的层次感,蛋挞自然是酥软香脆,而今天的木糠杯则是酥、滑、软、硬 、冷结合,口味很饱满,甜而不腻(介乎冰激凌与布丁之间也).
木糠杯真的是一款很其貌不扬的甜品,光是看,一点也不诱人,但是吃起来,我是真的喜欢。打成了粉末后的玛利亚饼干和奶油结合在一起口感真的很搭!实在佩服创造这道甜品的人,很简单的材料,很简单的做法,就能创造经典的美味。

Steps to make 澳门甜品之最——木糠杯

  • 1.用料理机把消化饼干打碎
  • 2.电动打蛋器打发淡奶油,打至粘稠状
  • 3.将炼乳倒进淡奶油里继续打发,打至有清晰纹路时,就打好了
  • 4.将小号圆形裱花嘴装进裱花袋里,放在一个杯子里
  • 5.把打好的奶油全部装进裱花袋里,挤进木糠杯里
  • 6.先是一层淡奶油,然后一层饼干碎,按照这个顺序一层一层放进木糠杯里
  • 7.(最底下一层是淡奶油,最上面一层是饼干碎)
  • 8.最后用可可粉撒上自己喜欢的图案,这样木糠杯就做好啦
