蟹粥
蟹粥做法简单,
螃蟹买回来都是请师父帮忙处理过的,
回来刷洗干净,等大米熬煮的到开花浓稠时放入,加一些姜丝和黄酒去腥~~
看着蟹膏将白白的粥慢慢染成淡淡的黄色~~
鲜香味也随之飘上来~
舀一勺,抿一口,真是鲜掉眉毛哟~

  • 1茶匙
  • 胡椒粉2/1茶匙

Steps to make 蟹粥

  • 1.材料准备好
  • 2.梗米洗净,放入砂锅,注入足量水,先浸泡15-20分钟
  • 3.将梭子蟹蟹盖揭开,撕去螃蟹的腮和胃,然后清洗干净斩件
  • 4.姜切丝,香菜切碎
  • 5.将泡好的梗米煮开,一边煮一边搅拌
  • 6.煮至米粒开花至浓稠
  • 7.放入梭子蟹和姜丝,调入少许黄酒,继续煮10分钟
  • 8.调入盐和胡椒粉
  • 9.最后撒入香菜碎即可
