剁椒鸡翅根
鸡翅根蒸着吃,肉质鲜嫩,下面垫着的香菇也很好吃,也可以换成金针菇之类的。

Steps to make 剁椒鸡翅根

  • 1.鸡翅根用刀划上两道口子。
  • 2.清水浸泡出里面的血水。
  • 3.加入葱,姜,料酒,胡椒粉,生抽,蚝油,盐,抓拌均匀,腌制十分钟。
  • 4.香菇切厚片,垫在碗底。
  • 5.腌制好的鸡翅根铺在香菇上面,倒入多余的腌料。
  • 6.最后浇上一层剁椒。
  • 7.水开上汽入蒸锅,大火蒸15分钟左右。
  • 8.倒掉多余的汤汁,撒上葱花即可。
