    Steps to make 山楂罐头

    • 1.山楂洗净
    • 2.先用钢笔帽从红果的一头旋转着用力拧一下,然后拔出。 在红果的另一端,用同样的方法把笔帽拧进去,稍稍用力,红果核就能被笔帽完整的捅出来了。
    • 3.取出核后,山楂要保持很完整
    • 4.所有依次做好。
    • 5.煮锅放入清水,加入白糖,置火上烧沸。(我放了一半冰糖)
    • 6.锅中白糖融化,再多熬煮一会,放入去核的山楂。
    • 7.放入山楂后,再次烧沸,转中小火煮三四分钟,关火。
    • 8.趁热,放入提前消过毒的干净瓶中,拧紧盖子,倒扣,自然冷却。
    • 9.自然冷却后放入冰箱保存。
