  • 1.准备好原材料,白芝麻提前炒熟
  • 2.黄豆、花生、薏米、燕麦清洗干净,用足量清水泡一晚上
  • 3.将泡发好的材料加入约2000毫升水,入锅煮熟
  • 4.杏仁尽量去掉表皮,核桃去壳取出核桃仁
  • 5.将煮熟的材料联通汤一起倒入料理机桶里,表面的浮末去掉
  • 6.加入熟芝麻、杏仁、核桃仁、冰糖
  • 7.调到“五谷”,开启开关,搅打40秒即可
