冰箱里的粽子还是端午节时单位发的福利,说实话,味道大不如我自已包的好吃,别说家人不喜欢,连我也不爱吃。但好好的食物,浪费了实在可耻,我把它加紫薯用用九阳L6料理打成米糊,紫薯特有的香气,加了粽子本身特有的糯,味道非常不错,家人都抢着喝,儿子每天早上上学都要带一杯,留到早餐时喝。
红豆米粽1个 紫薯1小块 糖15克 温水适量

Steps to make 紫薯黑米糊

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.紫薯和米粽用微波炉高火加热后,剥掉外皮备用。
  • 3.将紫薯和米粽切成小块。
  • 4.加入适量的糖。
  • 5.再加入适量温水或凉开水,天热可以是凉开水,天凉后请加温水。
  • 6.将料理杯杯盖拧紧。
  • 7.将料理杯放在料理机上并锁紧。
  • 8.启动料理机,约十几秒后即可得以一杯香浓的米糊。
  • 9.取下刀头,就可随身携带。
