桂花山药泥----营养美味甜品
原本,我是想做一个【桂花山药条】的,可是,在切山药的时候,那条切的叫一个“粗细不均匀”“大小不一致”,实在是不能示人,有毁形象。就干脆销毁证据,把它给蒸了。然后,就将错就错完成了另一个作品----桂花山药泥,本想挤出个漂亮的花样,可是又没有达到目的,哎,好吃就行,权当是练习拍片了!

山药别名又称淮山、山薯、薯蓣。据《本草纲目》记载,山药性味平、甘、无毒,有益肾气、强筋骨、健脾胃、止泄痢、化痰涎、润皮毛、治泄精健忘等功效,是一种上等的保健食品及中药材料。祖国医学认为,山药具有健脾、补肺、固肾、益精等多种功效。并且对肺虚咳嗽、脾虚泄泻、肾虚遗精、带下及小便频繁等症,都有一定的疗补作用。
山药的模样貌不惊人,土褐色的外皮,外形呈较细的圆柱状,肉白而坚,咀嚼时口感微酸发粘。不过“药不可貌相”,据古籍记载,多食山药有“聪耳明目”、“不饥延年”的功能,对人体健康非常有益,而民间也流传山药对于调理生理能力、病后虚弱体质、妇女产后调养,小孩强健体魄都有显著效果,因而被称为“食物药”。
