泰式咖喱鱼头煲

  • 泰国咖喱料包适量(没有的用咖喱粉)
  • 干柠檬叶3片
  • 干南姜1片
  • 干香茅草3克
  • 鲜朝天椒8颗

  • 洋葱半个
  • 胡萝卜1根
  • 柠檬半个
  • 黄油15克

Steps to make 泰式咖喱鱼头煲

  • 1.鳙鱼头半个
  • 2.改刀剁成小块 加盐腌制10分钟后加干淀粉
  • 3.干柠檬叶 干南姜 干香茅草 预先浸泡半小时
  • 4.配菜切成大块备用
  • 5.大火放油锅煎炸一下
  • 6.变颜色捞出沥干油
  • 7.取一小砂锅 加15克黄油,化开后放入切碎的朝天椒 柠檬叶 干南姜 干香茅草
  • 8.出锅前把半个柠檬挤汁均匀滴入 撒上香菜即可
  • 9.再放入鱼块和胡萝卜和咖喱调料包 加入水至淹没食材 大火煮开 关小火炖10分钟左右
  • 10.最后把洋葱和柠檬放入 (这里是半个柠檬切2片一起放入 好要留下半个) 加盖在煮5分钟
  • 11.喜欢咖喱味道浓郁的可以多加咖喱 这道菜拌饭吃酸香开胃
