Steps to make 卤猪腿骨

  • 1.原料:猪腿骨(已经焯过水,凉水下锅,加入料酒、姜片、葱白,去除猪肉的腥味和脏东西)、葱白、姜、花椒粒、大料、丁香、桂皮、山楂片,冰糖。
  • 2.猪腿骨放入高压锅内,倒入水没过猪腿骨,加入姜块、葱段。
  • 3.加入各种干调味品。
  • 4.加入生抽、老抽、盐和料酒。
  • 5.将水煮开,盖锅盖,中火压20分钟。
  • 6.时间到了,关火,猪肉在汁液里继续浸泡二个小时,再捞出,撕成小块。
  • 7.用生抽、醋、蒜和香油调成蘸料,美美的卤肉可以品尝了。
