糖水樱桃
家里这俩人太不给力,红彤彤、水嫩嫩的大樱桃放在那,硬是不心动,眼看着樱桃一个个进了垃圾桶,真是心疼!不能坐视不管,任其烂下去了,做成樱桃罐头慢慢吃吧。

Steps to make 糖水樱桃

  • 1.将樱桃洗净、晾干水分
  • 2.去除樱桃梗,用筷子从樱桃的顶部扎入,用力向前将樱桃核从底部顶出来
  • 3.去核后,樱桃看上去应该是完整的
  • 4.锅里加入矿泉水,放入冰糖,熬制到冰糖全部融化
  • 5.然后倒入整理好的樱桃
  • 6.小火煮2分钟左右,关火,加入红酒
  • 7.晾凉后装入消过毒的干净瓶子里密封保存。放入冰箱可长时间保存
