  • 1.花生米放入烤盘,铺平。

  • 8.倒入奶粉,快速混合均匀。保持小火。
  • 9.将花生米倒进锅中,略微翻几下就关火。
  • 10.等到手能接受的温度,带上一次性手套,揉捏成团。
  • 11.将牛轧糖团擀成平整的方形。厚度大约0.5-1cm左右。
  • 12.放凉后,会变硬,用利刀切成条。
  • 13.然后切成小块。
  • 14.先包上糯米纸,在报上牛轧糖包装纸,好吃的牛轧糖就做好了。
